    A Quick Easy To Cook Stir Fry Recipe

    Serves 2


    • 400g Quality Mark lamb stir fry strips
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 small onion, cut into thin florets
    • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1 chilli, finely chopped
    • 1 bunch brocollini, cut into even size pieces and cut again horizontally
    • 2 tbsp water or beef stock
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • ¼ cup Kecap Manis


    Coat the stirfry strips in a little oil. In a hot pan stir fry lamb strips in three batches, allowing each batch to rest in a warm bowl.

    Heat the remaining oil and add onion, garlic and chilli and stir fry for 2 minutes.  Add the brocollini and water and stirfry for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Return the meat to the wok, add the soy and Kecap Manis.  Serve immediately on noodles or boiled rice.
